1. Product introduction
It is used for the connection between each equipment of the whole production line, and for the material transfer.
2. Product parameter
The crust, screw blade of conveyor are made of Stainless Steel; the inner shaft is one piece of Q390B Mild seamless pipe.
The crust bottom takes the multichannel ruffled design which could prevent the material rotating itself together with the shaft.
The thrust bearing could enhance the shaft tolerance of declined conveyor; Fitted with wear sleeves to improve the wear resistance, the conveyor could service a longer time.
The input and output conveyors are fitted with stepless speed variable motor, which can control the input and output speed, to well match the requirement of continuous production.
